Bridge building weekend Aug. 2010.

Back in June, North Brush Creek flooded and washed the bridge (only 2 years old) down stream about 50 or 60 yards.  This severely limited the use of our cabin this summer.  Larry H. and I finally were able to ford the creek on July 28 I think. Water rolled up over the up-stream wheel and splashed over the engine.  I was afraid the engine would stall, but thankfully, it didn't.    

                                   We are just getting started rebuilding our washed out bridge.



                                     Add lots of good help and lots of hard work...




Wow!  It's done! And a troll has already moved in!
